By identifying and organizing your personal, legal, financial, and insurance information, locating all your important documents, and specifying your healthcare wishes, you can ease the burden on those who must make decisions. This session provides practical guidelines to help you formulate a plan for your loved one(s) as well as for yourself.

Dealing With Death

Are you familiar with the natural responses and misconceptions to grief? Are you aware of “helpful/unhelpful” things that are said to grievers? This session discusses practical tools to mend a broken heart as well as healthy ways to comfort those who are grieving.
